The renewable energy market in Ukraine is still fairly young. As a result, companies operate without solid pay benchmarks.

It was hard for our clients to tell: which salaries are competitive? what do compensation packages look like among peers?

Without reliable data, HR teams risked over- or under-valuing important positions.

Solution

This was the first specialised industry compensation study for companies in the renewable energy sector.

In this project we made sure that:
